The SAMORAI from Sawoa is made of high-quality stainless steel and the water tank has a capacity of 5 litres of water. Thanks to its electronics, the SAMORAI can regulate the water temperature between 80° and 98°C and is therefore also ideally suited for green tea. The electronic control switches off automatically when the set temperature is reached and the heating is reactivated electronically if the water cools down. Function
A tea concentrate is prepared from loose tea in the pot, allowing high-quality tea to be prepared and served quickly over a longer period of time. Hot water is poured over the tea and the pot is placed on the lid plate of the samovar to keep it warm. The lid plate covers the water container of the SAMOARI and can be locked. For the tea drink, the desired amount of concentrate is then poured into a cup and hot water is poured over it. The water is drawn off via a drain tap. The appliance has a memory function. This means that the previously set temperature is always called up when the appliance is switched on.
